style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De la petite enfance au grand \u00e2ge, les \u00e9carts (au sens de Jullien, 2016) des pratiques sociales, telle la diversit\u00e9 linguistique, sont un enjeu de formation \u00e9vident pour des d\u00e9marches visant l\u2019inclusion sociale et l\u2019intercompr\u00e9hension de diff\u00e9rents groupes sociaux. L\u2019\u00e9cart s\u2019oppose \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence clivante et permet notamment \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019entre langues o\u00f9 les possibles d\u2019une langue s\u2019\u00e9prouvent et se d\u00e9couvrent dans l\u2019autre\u00a0\u00bb (ibid, p.54).\u00a0 Penser la diversit\u00e9 comme un atout et une possible plus-value aux connaissances cloisonn\u00e9es (comme la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019une langue pr\u00e9cise, par exemple) permet de se situer au-del\u00e0 des questions de puret\u00e9 (Emcke, 2017) et d\u2019envisager l\u2019hybridation comme une chance du Tout Monde (Glissant).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces enjeux sont souvent contrari\u00e9s par des effets \u2013parfois int\u00e9rioris\u00e9s\u2013 de dominations linguistiques et culturelles, renforc\u00e9s par un jeu d\u2019invisibilisations et de reconnaissances contrast\u00e9es des diff\u00e9rents savoirs des personnes. Ainsi les comp\u00e9tences linguistiques dans certaines langues acqui\u00e8rent une plus-value certaine aupr\u00e8s des locuteurs et locutrices qui les ma\u00eetrisent, alors que l\u2019habilit\u00e9 dans d\u2019autres langues semble inutile dans la sph\u00e8re socio-\u00e9conomique. Ces repr\u00e9sentations semblent traverser les \u00e2ges et les plaidoyers th\u00e9oriques ne sont pas souvent en mesure de les renverser, car ils s\u2019ancrent rarement dans le quotidien et l\u2019intimit\u00e9 de
